You use the Mama Cacao:
Mama Cacaoyou use for Microdosing to get closer to yourself, self-love, become warm-hearted, activate wisdom your truth. You start the period of your Microdosing with 5 drops, then build it up to 10 drops. You take up to 20 drops and feel for yourself what suits you. We provide an eBook with instructions.
You make your own Ceremonial Cacaoby boiling the Cacaoblock in water or (desired) milk. You whisk the Cacaowith a whisk to make it thicker and fuller. As you stir, you can put your own intentions into the Cacao. This process takes about 5 minutes. We provide the instructions with the product.
Ceremonial Cacaotastes a little bitter, just like many other medicines. You use the Panela to flavour your Ceremonial Cacao.
Cacaois something you drink out of a nice cup. We have selected a cup that is perfect for your homemade Ceremonial Cacao.
Use the spoon to mix the Cacao& Panela.
